Do I have to be the owner to list my apartment?

Owners can list for sale or lease. Existing tenants who hold a valid leave-and-licence and have the owner’s written permission can list for sub-letting or for finding a flatmate.

Are there listing fees?

There is no upfront fee to post a listing. Standard brokerage applies only on a successful transaction — sale, lease or flatmate — and is disclosed before you commit. Owner residents receive preferred terms.

How is my privacy protected?

Your contact details are never published. Prospects see only the configuration, photos and asking price. We screen and pre-qualify, then introduce you only to candidates you’ve approved.

How quickly can my listing go live?

Most listings are verified within 24 hours of submission. Once verified, your residence appears on our internal availability list and is shared with matched prospects within the week.

What does the verification involve?

We verify your residency or ownership against the housing society register. For tenant listings, we additionally verify a valid leave-and-licence and any owner permissions required.

Can I list a Jodi flat for sale or lease?

Can I withdraw or update my listing later?

Yes. You can pause, withdraw or update your listing at any time by replying to our listing email or contacting the owner desk directly.

Can I find a flatmate with specific preferences?

Yes. We honour gender preferences, lifestyle preferences (e.g. non-smoker, vegetarian, work-from-home compatible) and any society norms that apply. The more specific you are at submission, the better we can match.
